Recipe: Healthy Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
4 tbsp coconut oil
8 tbsp organic almond butter
1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
2 tsp stevia
2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Use a mini muffin pan, lined with muffin papers.
First Layer (bottom of cups):
Melt 2 tbsp of coconut oil
Add 4 tbsp of organic almond butter
1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
1 tsp stevia
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all these together and pour into the cups.
Freeze this.
When frozen, add second layer (top of cups):
Mix 2 tbsp of coconut oil
4 tbsp of organic almond butter
1 tsp stevia
1 tsp vanilla
Then freeze again.
Once frozen, these are ready to serve. Keep frozen until ready to eat as they melt quickly.
