- 1 cup of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey or 1 tablespoon of Stevia
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper
