Recipe: Beef Fajita Peppers

8 oz. bell peppers, sliced
1/2-1 T Taco Seasoning
1/4 c water




Brown ground beef in a skillet over med-high heat Add water and taco season and stir. Add bell peppers and cover.

Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are cooked and the liquid is gone from the skillet.
