If you are looking for an easy but healthy crock pot dinner idea, then this lemon garlic butter chicken is for you! The chicken cooks up tender and juicy in a low fat lemon garlic sauce. 

Ingredients:Lemon Garlic Crock Pot Chicken

4 chicken breasts
4 Tbs minced onion
2 lemons
1 whole garlic bulb
2 Tbs of thyme
2 cups of chicken broth or stock
salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Break kale into bite sized pieces and spread out on baking sheet. Sprinkle with pink salt and/or other desired spices. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes until edges begin to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
