
Kale chips are a low calorie nutritious snack. Like potato chips, you cannot stop eating just one. They are great for parties and a good conversation topic.
Ingredients:
4 oz. kale
Pink salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Break kale into bite sized pieces and spread out on baking sheet. Sprinkle with pink salt and/or other desired spices. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes until edges begin to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
